We are pleased to announce the 2023 International Conference on Human Rights: Youth in Asia (ICHR), co-hosted by the Research Centre for Sustainable Peace (RCSP) (持続的平和研究センター), the Graduate Program on Human Security (HSP), The University of Tokyo (UoT) (東京大学人間の安全保障プログラム), and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) Tokyo (外交政策の若手プロフェッショナル東京支部). The 2023 ICHR will be held 25-26 March 2023 in a hybrid format at the University of Tokyo, Komaba Campus, in Tokyo, Japan.

We especially invite submissions from early career scholars, students, and underrepresented voices in the field of human rights. Before submitting your abstract, please review the ICHR Submission Guidelines. For more details about the 2023 ICHR, please see the ICHR Concept Note in English and Japanese. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 January 2023. Applicants will be contacted with their submission results within three weeks of the deadline for submission.
